Our Building Journey

The Phase 1 building project has been divided into two main parts. Part 1 was the Design Phase and Part 2 is the Construction Phase.

Part 1 - Design Phase
Began December 28, 2009 when we contracted with Bobby Castle Construction to develop the Architectural, Civil and Structural drawings needed to secure the Site Plan approval and Building Permits from the City of Austin and Travis County.

Part 2 - Construction Phase:
Our Construction Loan with CDF was closed on June 11, 2010.
Our Groundbreaking Service was conducted on Sunday June 13, 2010.
