We are committed to building healthy families in our community and assisting families in recovery to realize the abundant life that is available to everyone through an intimate relationship with our Creator.
About 8 years ago Rudy Villarreal began weekly addiction recovery meetings with just four other men. As the word spread of about a meeting in Southwest Austin, their number quickly swelled to over 30. This amazing growth has steadily continued and additional meeting-days have been added, with nearly 300 prescious souls meeting 5 evenings every week—and they are finding blessed freedom from bondage to alcohol and drugs!
Groups that are specific to families, teens, men, and women meet here weekly. If you're struggling with addiction or have a member of your family who is struggling with addiction, check the contats information and give us a call. Hope and help are real. Let us help you begin that journey to a healthier and purpose filled life for yourself and loved ones. Rudy and Marie have been long time members of SWCC and faithfully serve as our Recovery Outreach ministry liasons.
