Sunday morning Bible Studies are offered each week for high school and middle school students at 9:45am. Led by one of youth sponsors, they cover a variety of topics and give our students a great opportunity to learn more about God through exploring His word.

In addition to attending our Sunday morning Bible Studies, our Students are encouraged to be a part of the ministry of Southwest by serving alongside adult members. Students are encouraged to help disciple those younger than them by assisting in the Children's Ministry. Our students serve as teachers assistants each week.

Throughout the year we take several different trips. Each January we typically attend Tanglewood's Mid-Winter retreat, and return in June for their summer camp.

This summer we will be going to Colorado for our Bi-Annual Discipleship Retreat! This trip is an active week in the outdoors (we go white water rafting, zip lining, climbing & rappelling, horseback riding, and experience a high and low ropes course) but is also a week of growing closer to God as we get away from the distractions of the city and spend some time away from it all in nature. Once we strip away all of the distractions of everyday life, it’s amazing how much easier it is to hear what it is that God has always intended for us.

Each Sunday evening at 6:30 our students get together to have dinner, play a game or two, and explore what God wants us to know about Him and ourselves.

Our goal is create a comfortable and non-threatening environment where students can ask honest questions as they explore what it means to have faith and walk with Christ. If you have questions about God or are just looking for a place to get recharged, join us each Wednesday night.

We meet at the church office located at 2116 Lynnbrook Dr. on the southwest corner of the church property.

Each Wednesday evening at 6:45pm tutoring is offered for all students.

Whether you need help with your calculus homework or writing a paper, we have someone who is qualified to help you. Computers and printing are made available for students use.

Sometimes we just need to blow off some steam and have some fun.
